The Pursuit of Holiday Happiness !

                                                       Good afternoon , and maybe good morning depending on where you are . So come on how are you all today ? Are we wrecked from all the Christmas festivities ? Have we extended our overdrafts on our accumulative credits cards ? Is the sun shining more brightly in your neck of the woods , or has the whole thing just gotten too much to handle ? These are the questions we need to be asking ourselves . Are we right to blow any amount of money in the pursuit of Holiday Happiness ? Or should we water down  the amount of money spent  giving the appearance of prosperity ? Because looking at it prosperous we are not ! Comfortable we are not ! And so its ok for once in the year to give off the look of being prosperous ? METHINKS NOT !
                                                      Why ? Well as soon as the new year has come and gone you are straight back into having to pay for your facade , you are suddenly made aware with your credit card bills through the post . You are awoken from your holiday slumber with an earthquake called reality . And man oh man Reality does Bite !
                                                      I suppose on reflection , this is just the way we are , this is all done in the name of celebration . The big stores and corporations love us , Black Friday , Panic Saturday , Last chance Christmas Eve , and now if you've noticed the New Year sales are beginning before Christmas ! And whats worse is we buy into it , we feed the giant Elephant that needs our peanuts ! Maybe this is not what I should be preaching about on New Years Eve , but hell someone has to say it . So in the Spirit of the Christmas holidays , Joy to the World , May the New Year bring you Happiness and Joy , Let the spirits of the past remain just there , in the past , and may your future be filled with positivity .
                                        Happy New Year to everyone and Anyone !

                                                                    In the huge scheme of things we live our lives in a way that has been somehow mapped out for us .  We wake every day and do the things that are expected to be done by others , but mostly by ourselves . Most of the time we are pleased by our efforts , and sometimes we just let ourselves down . And that's okay too , because we're not as perfect as we would like to be , or as others might expect us to be .
