                                                 Its a miserably cold and wintery afternoon here in Ireland , so miserable in fact I've decided to do a blog . But finding a theme now there lies the difficulty ! So lets potter on and see if we can find something inside my forgetful head that's worth talking about alright ?                                                  Have you ever found that wishing and hoping takes up a lot of your day ? Its not that it's a way of ignoring or not facing reality , its just a way of wondering what's in store for us .                                                                                I was speaking to a friend recently , ( yes I have some ) , in relation to where he happens to be working . Now this person is the most inoffensive and non threatening person I know . He just tends to go to work , comes home and leads a private sort of existence . Am explaining this to give you a brief description of him .                                                                                 But recently a supervisor where he works , has been bullying him ! So because it becoming stressful for him , he pulled me aside and asked my advice . How do I deal with this ? Should I resign ? Yes that would be easier , I will resign !                                                                                 I told him I will give this advice once and once only , and it Must be acted upon !                                                                               Having been sprouting about & defending  Palestine for many years now , and wanting Anyone & Everyone to wake up to the Slaughter of Innocents that's happening there , I feel it necessary to call the Zionist / Israeli Bluff !                                                                       I just had this epiphany , what if all the things we thought were normal , were in fact someone elses version of normal ? Imagine being fed everything you have always accepted as the way things should be , were in fact fed to you and your ancestors to distract you from the real truth .                                                                      Firstly you have to understand that human nature is by tradition and practice a selfish nature . It is based solely on a capitalist system , that tells you to conform , to bow down to that same system that has been built to keep you incarcerated and imprisoned . Human nature has always been about money and the control of it . Just look at the facts .                                                                         This morning I got up early , 7.30 a.m early . I had to get my wife to the airport so she could connect with her flight to London . I suppose you are all saying to yourselves "Early , 7.30 is not early . Now 6 a.m is Early . But what you have to consider is what might be agreeably early to you , may not and most probably won't be agreeably early to us . Its all a matter of what stage of your lives you may be at . And thankfully I am here , and you are over there . When you see countries committing indefensible acts on their fellow human beings , something must be said . Not just in objection to those acts , but to remind everyone exactly how evil a position can be taken by supposed civilized societies .                                                      I got my hair cut today . Always a pleasant experience . The thing is , having sat myself down in the barbers chair , from the time it takes him to start cutting and then to maybe him giving my hair a new style with a lot of fringe   to ask me " Is That Alright ?", well that time is getting considerably shorter and shorter . Now either one of two things is happening without my knowledge , either he has increased the speed when cutting my locks , OR , as may be the case , the canvas on which he has worked has got considerably smaller .                                                    Maybe I just worry too much , and that is having some sort of negative effect on my head . But thinking about it seriously for once , I have been pulling my hair out in my sleep recently . And maybe that's what's doing it . I will have to consider some form of action to prevent myself getting too wound up in my sleep . Normally I a

                                                                      It serves me well to write when the best part of my day is through . It kinda filters all of the negativity we are surrounded by day after day , and cleanses the mind of any anger or feelings of helplessness . I know there are people out there who might like to do the same , and all I can tell you is that once you get past the need to be concerned about what someone might think about your writing , then you are on the road to fulfillment .                                                                      Sometimes , in fact a lot of the time , the mind gets cluttered with garbage that a filter would sort out , if only there was one available .I mean you can write a program for a computer to filter out all of the unnecessary trash that clogs up your memory , can't you ? Why not one to save our sanity when we inadvertently go into meltdown mode .As we all know , to go through a meltdown can be very alarming to

                                                                         I'd like to relate a little story to you . You see I have this friend who I have known for more years than I care to remember if I am being honest . He tends to visit me from time to time , he is someone I have a lot of time for because at times he kinda reminds me of myself . He has always been there for me , and I'd like to think that I have been there for him as well . He is the type of person who does not suffer fools gladly . He has a very small circle of friends , and has explained the reason for that in great detail at times , that I am in a way in agreement with a lot of his off the wall findings and opinions . Never one to stand on ceremony , but I think always aware of other peoples feelings when in conversation , or when he decides to highlight his views . Which to be honest is not very often .                                                       Thank you for all those wonderful comments in relation to specific blogs . It kinda makes it all worthwhile . I know there are many among us who would rather that certain subjects were not spoken of . Maybe they feel that if its left alone it will disappear , not so . I find that its easier to talk about things via this blog . And if something strikes a chord with you , it makes it so much more real . There is great comfort to be taken in others experiencing the same as yourself , it can give you some little sense of ownership of a particular problem or distraction . It makes it appear not quite normal , but acceptable . The more something is locked away the more it tends to fester and grow , and from experience that's not the way you want to go . I mean if you don't want something in your life , that's your decision , and you just keep saying that to yourself and mean it , and then just let it go .
