Lily and the boys were Here !

                                                                  What a shitty pissy day today was . Rain all day with no respite for the ducks . Though it may have been miserable in one way , it was a very interesting and productive day in another . First of all I'd like to wish my daughter in law Lisa , a very happy birthday , and I hope you had a ball of a day .
                                                                  Secondly thank God Chelsea won today , I was beginning to get severe palpitations just watching how badly they played . And even having John Terry sent off , they managed to scrape through their first win of the season . They have to get better , they just have !
                                                                  And thirdly , we had a visit from my daughter , her husband , and four of their five children . When the boys come (3) , they are kinda like ...............they are so full of energy , they just tire you out just by looking at them . And then there is LILY !
                                                                  Now Lily is the kindest , sweetest , dearest , bundle of trouble you will ever come across . She is also the healthiest , and most independent child I have seen in a very long time . Lily is two .
                                                                 The boys don't get a word in edge ways , she has them wrapped . She is her own boss , she is funny and she has character . She's a girl !
                                                                 When they left , the house re-acquired its peaceful and quiet state . Whilst they were here it was like a carnival of mixed emotions . All I can say is that they made our day . You have plenty to be proud of in your children . They are a shining example of how children should be , loud as always , but respectful and honest . Sure what else could you want ?
No need to examine or analyze me , I am Well Beyond That !

                                                                    In the huge scheme of things we live our lives in a way that has been somehow mapped out for us .  We wake every day and do the things that are expected to be done by others , but mostly by ourselves . Most of the time we are pleased by our efforts , and sometimes we just let ourselves down .
