The Perfect Chateaubriand ! Anna Livia Style .

                                                     Good day to all of you connoisseurs of food , wine , and anything to do with the culinary arts .Today my wife and I are still recovering from excellence .Today we have forever painted in our memories one of if not the best food we have ever had the privilege to eat . You can have your oysters , you can have your caviar . You can even have your fish and chips , but there is nothing compared to The Perfect Chateaubriand .
                                                    We have been friends with a certain Maria in Gumbet Turkey for many years , and she has presented to the Irish citizens who frequent her restaurant The Anna Livia nothing but cuisine par excellence for so many of those years . Her menu is a diners book of mysteries , and she has achieved all of this by herself and her wonderful staff .
                                                    When complimenting her about The Anna Livia , it would be so easy to forget how well you are looked after . When the meal is over and you have left , some will have forgotten too easily how magnificent that meal was . I tend to take a different approach , while obviously enjoying the meal , afterwards I feel it my duty to both comment and compliment of this perfection .
                                                    I am not trying to be a food critic in a magazine sense , but when something attacks your taste buds on all fronts and leaves them exhausted . Credit is due both to her chef , but especially to her as it is she who demands nothing but the best . Maria as always you have outdone yourself , I hope your business flourishes as it ought to . Your dining excellence has always left me happy after we have left . I will continue to frequent your restaurant , and you people out there , if you are ever in the vicinity , you could do so much worse than visit The Anna Livia . Prepare your collective mouths to be assaulted with pure taste !
No need to examine or analyze me , I am Well Beyond That !
