I Kinda Like Slow !

                                                                    We went shopping today ! Nothing so out of the ordinary that you might think to yourself , Yes so What ?  But in our little world of keeping it together when we are just getting over a demon of a flu , it kinda felt like the right time to share with you all  this truly wondrous occasion . We had been housebound for an incredible 2-3 weeks . And in no real mood or humor to even attempt any sort of escape from our self imposed isolation .
                                                                   Normally we would be hosting all sorts of parties at this time of the year , but even our sponsors and their associates have been sent messages of regret and rejection so as not to spread this bastard dose . We were and still are so very disappointed in having to do this , as the Henwatch Christmas seasonal arrangements are so widely known and are always something special to behold .
                                                                  We will over the coming two weeks leading up to the special day , try our best to make up for all of the disappointments .
                                                                  I have been in constant contact with our friends and colleagues in the North Pole . As of today they have not been hit with this flu that is floating around . Seemingly they have erected this invisible wall of flu protection around the place , and apparently it has yet to be breached . Well done to one and all , a job
well done !
                                                                 I don't normally get excited this early coming up to Christmas . I normally am of the belief that things are better done at the last moment when your energy and attention levels are at their best . But because we've been sick , things kinda changed in that respect . We've changed to slow this year . I kinda like slow . It also means you don't have to think too fast either . I kinda like that too . Could be something that might definitely work in my favor .
                                                                 Right , twelve more sleepovers ! Twelve more days to stress yourselves out a little bit more . Have a wonderful evening . Well at least try .

                                                        Being forever the optimist , you'd wonder what could possibly change my position regarding the same . I never get paranoid , well nobody has complained about my demeanour recently , so I'll take that as a positive . But you know when something is not sitting with you too well ? Just today I came across something that was uttered by none other than the Russian novelist and historian Count Lev Nikolayevich Tolstoy , better know to everyone else as Leo Tolstoy .                                                                 Now the only reason I bring this up is that after sharing with you my views on war and more importantly War Mongering , I kinda feel that fate and coincidence played some part in attracting me to these words shared by Leo Tolstoy .
