                                                                      We all had our images to maintain , and it was quite difficult at times keeping in step with current trends and fashions . It was so so difficult making a statement when in your head you were searching for that statement that would define you hopefully for the rest of your life . So when choosing this line of who you were going to be and how you would look , it was never going to be easy , or for that matter it was always going to take some time till you were happy with that person standing in front of the mirror looking back at you .

                                                                     The expression was always going to be a hard one . You never wanted to be smiling all of the time , that would give the game away . So you would have to be serious enough to make yourself interesting , but not too serious so as to appear boring or even over educated . You needed to know what you were talking about , but always ready to listen when something cropped up that maybe you weren't too familiar with . Nobody likes a know all now do they ? So that's what you had to be careful of .
                                                                    Your look , that would probably come next . Now you have to be very careful here . You can't be too casual as no one will take you seriously . Too neat and all sorts of opinions could be thrown at you , no its safer to be casual as opposed to being too neat . See , there lies one of your hardest decisions to make . Who shall you fashion yourself on . Will it be a retro Duran Duran look ? No that would maybe be a bit feminine looking . How about a cross between George Clooney and Johnny Depp ? That kinda sounds good , don't you think ? Yes we will go along with that . So now you have your look . You have the polished side of George , and the wild side of Johnny , you could be on to something here . Possibly a real trend setting make over .
What a load of Shite !
                                                                  You see growing up as a young teenager / man has many many twists and turns . Its hard enough going through puberty without having a massive melt down . Sure that will come later . Better not tempt fate too early in your quest to find yourself . Plenty of time for that as you well know . So now you have all of your weapons to thrill the ladies . Intellect to start with  , a really interesting expression that can change at the turn of a hat .And best of all you have a look to die for .

                                                                  Time to do your thing now . Don't let yourself down by being too caring . Just enough to show you're not a heartless bastard  . But beware of love , it has a way of messing up your best laid plans . And if that happens , please ignore ALL of what I have written previously , as I don't want to be the reason for a failed love affair . Plead ignorance about everything , and as for reading blogs , you don't even know what the word means .
